What stays in your browser
Portfolio entries, sale records and preferences you add in the workspace are stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Accounts and community features
If you create an account or use community features such as reports, the details you submit, for example your email address and the content of a report, are stored so the feature can work. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics and hosting
DotRally runs on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Third-party links
Links to registrars, auction venues and data sources are operated by others and have their own policies.

بيانات المحفظة وسجلات البيع والتفضيلات التي تضيفها في مساحة العمل تُحفظ محليًا في متصفحك. مسح بيانات المتصفح يحذفها.
الحسابات وميزات المجتمع
عند إنشاء حساب أو استخدام ميزات المجتمع مثل البلاغات، تُحفظ البيانات التي ترسلها، مثل بريدك الإلكتروني ومحتوى البلاغ، حتى تعمل الميزة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.
التحليلات والاستضافة
يعمل DotRally على Cloudflare ويستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics لفهم حجم الزيارات بشكل مجمّع. تُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts.
روابط الأطراف الأخرى
روابط المسجّلين ومنصات المزادات ومصادر البيانات تديرها جهات أخرى ولها سياساتها الخاصة.

Cloud portfolio, public listings and messages (staging build)
Portfolio data you save in your account is stored on the server for your login only. You can export it at any time. Unpublishing a listing hides it from the public without deleting your record.
To publish a listing you prove control of the domain with a DNS record. We store a random token and the time of the check. A public listing shows only the domain, asking price (USD), title, description and the verification status. Purchase cost, minimum price, notes and research are never public.
If someone sends an inquiry or offer, we store their email address and message. The listing owner and DotRally staff can read it. The owner’s email address is never shown to buyers. An offer is not a sale or a payment.
Email notifications are currently not delivered: they are queued and marked as simulated. This section will be updated before any email provider is enabled.
Retention: password-reset and verification tokens are removed one day after they expire, and the links inside those messages are scrubbed from our outbox after 90 minutes (reset) or 25 hours (verification). Other mail logs are removed after 30 days, expired sessions after one day and admin audit entries after 365 days. These periods are performed by a cleanup routine that runs on a schedule once it is enabled; until then they are targets, not guarantees.
Account deletion: write to hello@dotrally.com. Deletion is handled manually for now; a self-service deletion tool is not yet available.
Optional account backups
When you choose to back up the Investor Workbench, your personal domain records, research, deal log, checklists and watch history are stored privately in the signed-in account. The latest 20 versions are retained; older versions are removed as new backups are added. Uploads and merges are manual. Logging out leaves browser-local records on that device. Export a copy before changing devices or using shared devices.
نسخ الحساب الاختيارية
عند اختيار نسخ أدوات المستثمر تُحفظ سجلات دوميناتك والبحث والصفقات وقوائم الفحص وسجل المتابعة بشكل خاص في الحساب المسجل. تُحتفظ بآخر 20 نسخة وتُحذف الأقدم مع إضافة نسخ جديدة. الرفع والدمج يدويان. تسجيل الخروج يبقي السجلات المحلية في المتصفح. صدّر نسخة قبل تغيير الجهاز أو استخدام جهاز مشترك.
المحفظة السحابية والإدراجات العامة والرسائل (نسخة الاختبار)
بيانات المحفظة التي تحفظها في حسابك تُخزَّن على الخادم لتسجيل دخولك فقط، ويمكنك تصديرها في أي وقت. إيقاف نشر إدراج يخفيه عن العامة دون حذف سجلك.
لنشر إدراج تثبت تحكمك بالدومين بسجل DNS. نخزّن رمزًا عشوائيًا ووقت الفحص. يعرض الإدراج العام الدومين والسعر المطلوب (دولار) والعنوان والوصف وحالة التوثيق فقط. تكلفة الشراء والحد الأدنى والملاحظات والأبحاث لا تكون علنية أبدًا.
إذا أرسل شخص استفسارًا أو عرضًا نخزّن بريده ورسالته، ويستطيع قراءتها مالك الإدراج وفريق DotRally. بريد المالك لا يظهر للمشترين أبدًا. العرض ليس بيعًا ولا دفعًا.
إشعارات البريد غير مُرسَلة حاليًا: تُوضع في طابور وتُوسم «محاكاة». سيُحدَّث هذا القسم قبل تفعيل أي مزوّد بريد.
الاحتفاظ: تُحذف رموز إعادة التعيين والتوثيق بعد يوم من انتهائها، وتُمسح الروابط داخل تلك الرسائل من صندوق الإرسال بعد 90 دقيقة (إعادة التعيين) أو 25 ساعة (التوثيق). تُحذف سجلات البريد الأخرى بعد 30 يومًا، والجلسات المنتهية بعد يوم، وسجل التدقيق الإداري بعد 365 يومًا. يُنفَّذ ذلك بروتين تنظيف مجدول بعد تفعيله؛ وإلى ذلك الحين هي أهداف وليست ضمانات.
